3. INFORMATION ON SALES PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

3.2 The shipping fee, which is the shipment cost of the product, will be paid by the BUYER. Even if the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation completely and accurately. The SELLER is not responsible for any damages incurred due to the BUYER's late receipt of the product or the product waiting at the shipping company and/or the return of the shipment to the seller.
3.3 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the availability of the stock and the transfer of the product price to the SELLER's account. The SELLER delivers the product in accordance with the specified qualifications and, if any, warranty documents and user manuals within a maximum of 30 (Thirty) days from the order.
3.4. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that he/she will confirm this Preliminary Information Form electronically for the delivery of the product covered by the contract and that if the price of the product covered by the contract is not paid for any reason or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product covered by the contract will end.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER, in distance contracts for the sale of goods, may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract without any justification and without paying any penalty within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product to himself/herself or to the person/organization at the address he/she indicates. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER. Although it is sufficient to notify the SELLER within the 7-day period for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal belongs to the BUYER. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests and personal needs, and products used contrary to the instructions for use.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal;
a) The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution during the return. Returns of orders invoiced on behalf of corporations cannot be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued)

The BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 10 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The SELLER will refund the price within 7 days from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches him in accordance with the method of purchase of the consumer. The BUYER is obliged to compensate for the damages of the SELLER in case of acting contrary to the Law on Protection of the Consumer and related Regulations.
5. VALIDITY PERIOD
The prices and promises announced by the SELLER on www.hospitalitfootwear.com regarding the product in this form are valid until they are updated and changed. Price announcements made for a specified period will be valid until the end of the specified period.
6. SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The BUYER may submit his/her complaints and objections to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in the place where the goods or services are purchased or where his/her residence is located within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
The BUYER DECLARES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ AND BECOME INFORMED ABOUT THE INFORMATION IN THIS PRE-INFORMATION FORM AND GIVEN THE NECESSARY CONFIRMATION ELECTRONICALLY. BY CONFIRMING THIS PRE-INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY, THE BUYER CONFIRMS THAT HE/SHE HAS CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY OBTAINED THE ADDRESS TO BE GIVEN BY THE SELLER BEFORE THE CONCLUSION OF DISTANCE CONTRACTS, THE BASIC FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS TO BE ORDERED, THE PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING TAXES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION.
