Delivery, Return & Exchange
DELIVERY
The products you purchase from hospitalityfootwear.com will be delivered with a fee via cargo.
Orders placed domestically will be dispatched to your registered delivery address within 7 business days after order confirmation.
The shipping company delivers the product to the address you specified within a maximum of 2 business days for Istanbul and within a maximum of 3 business days for other cities within Turkey.
Upon receiving your order from the Shipping Representative, please open and inspect your package in front of the shipping company representative in case you suspect any damage during shipment. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and make a report to the shipping company.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange products within 7 days of receipt. To facilitate the exchange, the purchased product must be unused, and the desired product for exchange must be available in stock in the same size and color.
In the exchange process, we offer the possibility of exchanging for a different product than the one previously purchased.
Within 7 days, you must complete the Return Procedure mentioned below and send your return product to the delivery address of Nazende Tekstil according to the return conditions.
The shipping fee for exchange shipments is borne by the sender. To initiate the exchange procedure, you can write the requested change in the return/exchange section on the back of your invoice or seek assistance from our customer support hotline.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order created on hospitalityfootwear.com, you can follow the steps outlined below:
You can create a cancellation request by contacting Customer Service or using our contact form. In the email content, simply include a text stating your order number, the product or products' codes you wish to cancel, the quantity of the product to be canceled, and the reason for cancellation. Once your message reaches us, your order cancellation will be processed on the same day.
If your order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. After receiving your order, you can return the product and its package intact and unused within 7 days as specified in the return procedure.
In return processes, we kindly request you to notify the shipping company's delivery branch in the authorized area of the delivery address on the same day as delivery and proceed with the return process.
In the event of cancellation in transit and if the shipment has been sent to you, the shipment fee will be deducted from your refund by the shipping company and refunded to you.
RETURN
The product you wish to return must be undamaged in its package, unused, resalable, and not damaged due to misuse.
You can return the product/products along with all accessories and its box by filling out the return section on the back of your invoice within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The price of the returned product/products will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days after the compliance with the return conditions has been checked within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the process of reflecting your refund on your credit card balance may vary.
Returned products are accepted if they comply with the return conditions. The net price of the product you purchased will be refunded to you, excluding the shipping fee invoiced and collected by the shipping company.
Your return and exchange shipments must be sent only with the shipping company you purchased from. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer in return processes.
